Bloggers Biggest Loser: Welcome to Week 1!

Hey guys! Welcome to the first week of Bloggers Biggest Loser!

I came up with this idea after talking to and with numerous blogging friends who are looking to lose some pounds, tone up, or just get healthy in the new year! And what better way than to do it together! I myself find that I do better being OP (on plan) when I have accountability partners.

I am so excited to be hosting this with my new friend Vicki from My Vickilicious Life, and cannot wait to see how many bloggers we can get to link up. Stop by her blog and show her some love!

Here are some guidelines:
  • There are no set rules or guidelines as to what to post each time, no set topics.
