If you're like me, you slouch. A lot. I know it's bad for me and I should be sitting and standing up straight, but I don't. I saw this in the September issue of Health magazine and wanted to share this with you.
I am currently using a desk/office chair that is by no means ergonomic, but it does the job for now. I have been researching some quality office chairs, pinning pretty ones, and saving for whatever one I eventually choose. From what I have found, they range anywhere from $60 to over $1000. Yikes. I think I am settled on a chocolate brown leather one at Staples, but I want to make sure I am not overlooking a better chair.
I am prepared to spend what I have to on a chair, considering I will be sitting in it 8+ hours a day. I decided something I am spending 1/3 of my day sitting in should be comfortable, right?
Any recommendations on an ergonomic, comfortable office chair?
